Different types of visualization of models in Ortho Analyzer

Two main ways of visualizing models

Ortho Analyzer is an orthodontic software that has two main ways of visualizing models within it, the first one is an automatic one when a case is sent either through communicate or direct connection and the models are accepted and transfer to the patient list; and the second one is manually when importing STL's into a new model set.

Visualization of this types of files is different within the software because when transferring the case through communicate from Trios to Ortho the case keeps all indications from one software to another including color scale or monochrome scale depending on the type of scanner the model was taken with. on the other hand, STL files is a universal format that lacks color, and it will only be visualize within ortho system in texture.

Color scale vs. texture

If the case was sent through communicate or direct connection from a Trios to Ortho System and it was taken with a color scale intraoral it will be visualized like this:

If the case was sent through communicate or direct connection from a Trios to Ortho System and it was taken with a monochromatic intraoral it will be visualized like this:

Finally, when importing and STL manually onto a model set it will show with a yellowish kind of color that we mostly call texture.
