Introduction to TRIOS Care and TRIOS Only
TRIOS Care is a service agreement, included for all new customers at zero costs for the first year. After the complimentary 1-year TRIOS Care period expires, customers can simply continue to enjoy the complete peace-of-mind benefits of the service agreement with monthly installments, or switch to TRIOS Only – a basic scan-ready service agreement with limited benefits and no costs.
Comparing TRIOS Care and TRIOS Only:
- Software updates to the TRIOS software are included in TRIOS Care and TRIOS Only, and TRIOS Care subscribers will benefit from continuous improvements of existing features. When 3Shape launches new and innovative features, they might be available exclusively to TRIOS Care customers.
- Unlimited support is included for customers with TRIOS Care. Customers with TRIOS Only subscriptions can get support for a fixed fee per case.
- Warranty & Express replacement: TRIOS Care subscribers have an extended warranty on their TRIOS System for five years from the purchase date of the scanner. TRIOS Only subscribers may call 3Shape or their reseller’s support agents and receive an offer for repair or replacement of the broken scanner or an offer for a new scanner. Pricing and policies follow the 3Shape price list for out-of-warranty repairs or replacements.
- Academy Training: TRIOS Care subscribers get 100 annual complimentary points for 3Shape Academy, providing discounts on bookings of 1-on-1 training sessions and more. Customers with TRIOS Only can use self-learning materials available on 3Shape Community. When a TRIOS Only customer wants additional training, they may book training sessions with 3Shape Academy to the extent this is offered in their region, but will not receive the complimentary points that provide a credit on training offered by 3Shape Academy.
- Discount: TRIOS Care subscribers can get a 25% discount on subscription for any additional scanner added to the practice and upgrade to a newer TRIOS with exclusive trade-up offers.
