How to enable Allisone AI integration with 3Shape Unite

- 3Shape Unite 21.1.x or newer
- Allisone AI 2.5.5.3 or newer
- Allisone+ v2.20.0 connector installed
The 3Shape Unite and Allisone AI integration provides automation of patient management in 3Shape Unite from Allisone AI (create, merge, and update patients).

How to Enable the Integration in Unite
To use the integration, you need to install the Allisone AI Integration App.
- Open 3Shape Unite
- Go to Store → Imaging
- Locate the Allisone AI Integration App
- Click Install

How to Enable the Integration in Allisone AI
- Log in to Allisone
- Open My Settings

- Navigate to the Integrations tab. Locate the 3Shape Unite card and click “Sync my account”
- You will be redirected to the 3Shape login page. Complete the authentication process
- After successful login, you will be redirected back to Allisone. The integration status will show as Connected

How to Synchronize a Patient to Unite
- Upload an X-ray and fill in the required data to create a new patient record, or open an existing patient.
- Click “Sync to Unite”
The “Sync to Unite” button is available in two locations:
A) In the Report tab of the consultation page
B) On the X-ray fullscreen view
Known Limitations
- Patient updates are only propagated from Allisone to 3Shape Unite, and not the other way around.
- The "Sync to Unite" button is disabled if the Allisone+ connector version is outdated. The connector must be updated to enable synchronization.
