How to enable Orthobridge integration with 3Shape Unite

Prerequisites for the integration:

3Shape Unite 24.1.x and PMS Web Service DLL version 3.1.x or newer
Active Orthobridge Account Required
Both standalone and client-server setups are supported, please check Known Limitations.

3Shape Unite and Orthobridge PMS integration provides automation of Patient Management in 3Shape Unite from Orthobridge (сreate, merge and update patient) for faster and easier managing of patient data. Read more about Orthobridge PMS here.

How to enable the integration in Unite

How to enable the integration in Orthobridge

Please consult Orthobridge documentation for enabling and configuring integration with 3Shape Unite.
The following steps are provided as an aid to set up and use the integration via Orthobridge PMS:

1. Sign in to Orthobridge

Log in to the Orthobridge operating environment.
Navigate to the Practice Settings section.

2. Access Practice Set-Up

Select the Practice Set-Up tab.
Choose the practice in which you want to set up the integration.
Click Edit Details to modify practice settings.

3. Configure 3Shape Trios Device

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Configure 3Shape Trios Devices tab.
Click Register Trios Device.
In the pop-up window, enter the preferred name of the device and device will be successfully added.

4. Authorize Integration

For authorization between Orthobridge and 3Shape Unite, press Login.
A sign-in request pop-up will appear - authorize using your 3Shape Account. It is recommended to use the admin account of the 3Shape company.
Once authorization is complete, select the host device. The host device information can be copied from Orthobridge App in Unite settings.

You have now set up the integration.

Patient updates are only propagated from Orthobridge to 3Shape Unite. Not the other way around.
