Error Message: SOP class 91.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.1.13.1.2) not supported when importing DICOM file in Ortho Analyzer

If when attempting to import a Dicom file on Ortho Analyzer is not possible due to error "Error: SOP class 91.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.1.13.1.2) not supported" as shown below:

This error shows up because the SOP class used to generate the DICOM is not one of our supported SOP classes for DICOM Import.

Resolution steps

In order to resolve the issue, inform the customer that the DICOM needs to be generated following the parameters on our DICOM Conformance Statement. It is the same one for ortho and Implant studio. If the customer has doubts on how to set this parameters the manufacturer for their CBCT platform must be contacted in order to request assistance, as this is a 3rd party software.

After generating the file correctly, there should be no problem to load the CBCT scan to be worked on in Ortho Analyzer.
