Steps
Start with the Free Trial
All Dx users begin with a free trial of Dx Plus subscription for 6 months. During this period, you can explore all premium features without being charged.
2. Prepare for the End of Trial
Before your trial ends:
Verify your payment method. Ensure your card or payment method is up to date in your account settings.
Make changes early. If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, do so at least 48 hours before the trial ends. Learn how to cancel your subscription here.
Check your billing details. Confirm that your email, company name, and VAT ID are accurate to avoid delays or incorrect invoices.
3. Transition to Paid Subscription
To ensure uninterrupted access, your trial will seamlessly continue as a paid subscription unless you choose to cancel at least 48 hours before it ends.
Example:
Your trial ends on June 18.
→ You are changed for June 18-30 (prorated)
→ On July 1, you receive an invoice that includes:
A prorated fee covering June 18-30
An alignment fee syncing your subscription with your Care billing cycle.
Note: Trial extensions are not available
4. Canceling after renewal
If you cancel after a renewal has been processed:
Your access continues until the end of the billing period
