Question mark error „???” when scanning with Lab Scanner
20/08/2024If Customer experiences an error with "???", change the language of ScanServer to English to view the exact error and then proceed further.
To change the language of ScanServer to English follow next steps:
- go to DSCP > System Settings > Miscellaneous > Language > change language to English and save changes
- close ScanServer and start it over again to apply changes
- start scanning > EM: ??? should be displayed in English and normal troubleshooting can be started.
