Unable to create a screenshot

"Unable to create a screenshot. Please ensure that you use the latest video/OpenGL drivers." when trying to take a screenshot in Dental Designer.

Root cause: non-NVIDIA graphics card is used or GC driver is outdated

Affected versions: all

Solutions:

1. Check that NVIDIA Graphic card is used during the design (e. g. Task Manager -> tab Performance). If not:
2. Update the drivers from your Nvidia Graphic card.
3. Restart the Dental application
