Downloading an Order Manually Using the 3Shape Communicate Advanced Download Tool
08/11/2023If you are unable to receive or accept cases in the 3Shape Communicate Inbox in Dental System 2018 or later, you can download them manually using the “Advanced Download tool”. Do do it, follow the procedure below:
Step 1: Log in to your account on the 3Shape Communicate portal.
Step 2: Locate the relevant order and copy the Case ID.
Step 3: Open "Dental Manager".
Step 4: Go to the "3Shape Communicate Inbox" tab.
Step 5: Open the Advanced Download tool (icon with two green arrows).
Step 6: Paste the Case ID into the corresponding field.
Step 7: Click "Receive".
The order will be downloaded into your 3Shape Communicate Inbox, and you will be able to accept the order without issues.
