Error: The part is signed with "[Provider name]" and the corresponding option is not enabled on the site or the local key file is not updated
08/11/2023This error can pop up in Dental Designer or in the Dental System Control Panel (when checking a specific Implant System). It appears because your dongle is not configured (has no permissions) to use a specific Implant library of the Provider mentioned in the error message.

Solution
- Contact the library provider mentioned in the error message and ask them to provide permission to use their library;
- Forward the provider's confirmation to support@3shape.com and ask for the corresponding option to be enabled on the Dongle.
