Resolving the Error: "The part is signed with '[Provider name]' and the corresponding option is not enabled on the site or the local key file is not updated"
08/11/2023This error may appear in Dental Designer or in Dental System Control Panel when checking a specific Implant System. It indicates that your dongle is not configured with the required permission to use the implant library from the provider specified in the error message.

Resolving the Error
Step 1: Contact the implant library provider specified in the error message and request permission to use their implant library.
Step 2: Once the provider confirms that permission has been granted, forward the confirmation to support@3shape.com and request that the corresponding option be enabled on your dongle.
