Restoring Missing Design Services and Automate Buttons in Dental Manager After Upgrading or Installing to Dental System 2023 or 2024

After upgrading to Dental System 2023 or 2024, the “Design Services” and “Automate” buttons may no longer be visible in Dental Manager, even though the integrations remain enabled.

Steps to Reproduce:

Step 1: Open an older version of Dental System.

Step 2: Verify that the "Design Services" and "Automate" buttons are visible in Dental Manager.

Step 3: Upgrade the system to Dental System 2023 or 2024.

Step 4: Open "Dental System Control Panel".

Step 5: Verify that "3rd Party Integrations" is still enabled.

Step 6: Open Dental Manager.

Step 7: Verify whether the “Design Services” and “Automate” buttons are missing.

Cause

This issue is caused by an invalid or empty value in the “Country” setting.

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in Dental System 2.24.1.3 and later.

Step 1: Verify that you are running Dental System 2.24.1.3 or a later version.

Step 2: If you are using an earlier version, upgrade Dental System to the latest available release.
