Resolving "The selected order is not supported in ScanIt Dental" When Scanning Positioning Guide Only Orders
09/11/2023The following error may appear in ScanIt Dental after creating an order that contains only a positioning guide and attempting to start the scanning process:
Error message: "The selected order is not supported in ScanIt Dental"

This issue occurs when an order is created with only a positioning guide without a primary indication. Dental System does not support scanning orders that contain only a positioning guide. A positioning guide must always be linked to a main indication.
Ensure that the order includes a valid primary indication together with the positioning guide (i.e. temporary crown + positioning guide).
