Troubleshooting "The part is signed with[…]" Error in Dental Designer and Control Panel

This error can pop up as in Dental Designer, as in Dental System Control Panel (when checking a specific Implant System).

Why it happens:

Your dongle is not configured (has no permissions) to use a specific Implant library of the Provider mentioned in the error message.

Solution:

  1. Contact the library Provider mentioned in the error message and ask them to provide a permission to use their library;
  2. Contact support@3shape.com, forward Provider's confirmation (e.g. e-mail)  and ask for corresponding option to be enabled on the Dongle;
